Jennifer spends most of her walking hours in the kitchen, where she can be found tinkering with recipes for a class, writing about food  or pouring over dozens of food blogs, cooking magazines and  on-line culinary resources, all of which fuel her knowledge and inspiration. She attended The International Culinary Arts Center (formerly the French Culinary Institute) in 2011.  There, she completed an immersion program in Culinary Techniques and then continued to hone her kitchen skills at The Blum Center for Health, a functional medicine and lifestyle education center in Rye Brook, NY where she served as Kitchen Assistant to the Culinary Director.
