Customized cooking classes are great for a group of your own friends, or even terrific for the family. You choose how much hands-on or demonstrating you’d like, and work with Jennifer to craft a menu that meets your taste preferences, cooking goals and nutritional needs.
In each class you will prepare three dishes, and Jennifer will share a wealth of information, tips, recipes and resources with you. As always, Jennifer will start with the three “P’s” of home cooking: Pantry, Plan and Prep, followed by a knowledgeable discussion of ingredients and cooking techniques suitable to your class. Create a single class, or for a more in-depth experience, create a series!
